  • Absolutely! Your first class is free; after that, our drop-in rate is $15/class. We still ask that you book your class in advance to guarantee a spot. We offer multiple different pricing packages depending on what best suits you. You can find more info under the Memberships tab. 

  • Pilates socks are required for our classes. They are specifically designed to enhance your practice and provide several key benefits:

    1. Improved Grip: Pilates socks often have non-slip soles with grips or treads, which help prevent slipping on the mat or studio floor. This ensures better stability and balance during exercises.

    2. Hygiene: Wearing Pilates socks helps maintain hygiene by creating a barrier between your feet and the studio floor or shared equipment. This reduces the risk of infections and keeps your feet clean.

    3. Comfort and Protection: These socks provide an extra layer of cushioning and protection for your feet, helping to prevent blisters and irritation during intense workouts.

    4. Enhanced Performance: The snug fit and arch support offered by Pilates socks can enhance your overall performance by providing better alignment and control during movements.

    We sell grip socks in the studio for $15/pair and rent them for $5.

  • Yes. For your safety, it is required that everybody takes Move prior to moving up to higher level classes. 

  • Rest assured, the reformer is very easy to learn. If you've never taken a class before, your instructor will help familiarize you with the machine. Some people say it's like learning to ride a bike. You can feel clumsy and uncoordinated at first but very quickly it "clicks". You can also expect to target under-used muscles. Give yourself grace and don't give up! The more you practice, the more comfortable and confident you will feel. 

  • Cancel without consequences up to 2 hours before your scheduled class time begins.

    Cancel within the 2 hour window: we will charge half price for the class.

    No show: we will charge the full price for the class.
