About Studio Seven

Studio Seven

Though Studio Seven officially opened its doors in 2024, the vision for it has been alive for many years. Studio Seven was created to provide an outlet for men and women looking to invest in themselves in a new and exciting way. We aim to have a warm and inviting culture that not only keeps you coming back but makes you feel like you are part of the team. The number seven symbolizes many things that make up the backbone of our “why”. Seven represents fullness and completeness and is intimately tied with the word rest. Number seven is also connected to intuition, wisdom, and self-awareness – all leading to growth. We want those that walk through our doors to feel complete and confident in who they are while giving them a path towards physical and mental growth. And while there won’t be much literal resting (it is a fitness studio after all), we believe that investing in yourself is crucial to your well-being. Wellness can be a daunting thing and many people don’t know where to start – here is your official invite to start here. We are thrilled to provide these new services to the Yankton community and surrounding areas. We hope to see you in the studio!
