Classes
If you're looking to buy a membership, we invite you to visit us in the studio! However, if you prefer to purchase class passes or an individual class, you can easily do so online via our website or through the MindBody app.
Class Types

MOVE
MOVE is a traditional Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for beginners and those looking for slower-paced movement. The exercises in this class focus on strength building, mobility, and mind/body connection. *This class is required to move on to higher-level reformer classes

ELEVATE
ELEVATE is an intermediate class that utilizes additional equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, the jump board, and more. This is a full-body flow experience at a quicker but controlled pace. This class is designed for those that are comfortable and confident on the reformer.

BURN
BURN combines floor and reformer work, focusing on increased weight and resistance training with a contemporary twist.

HIIT
HIIT combines the foundations of Reformer Pilates with high-intensity interval training, elevating your heart rate while giving you a full-body fix.
Studio Policies
All clients are required to wear grip socks while using the reformer. Grip socks are available to rent for $5 or purchase for $15 in the studio.
Socks
For safety reasons, the studio will be locked 10 minutes after the class has started. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will be marked as a no show.
10- Minute Rule
Late Cancellation & No Show
Classes not attended without a 2-hour cancellation notification will result in a $7 cancellation fee. Classes not attended without any notification will result in a $15 cancellation fee or a reduction in one class from your class pack.
Please note that all clients will attend classes at their own risk. Studio Seven will not be liable for any injuries sustained in the studio.
